Encouraging Your Child to Love and Understand Science
There are so many ways to encourage a love for science in your child. Children are naturally curious about everything around them, and science is a natural outlet for them. You and your child would like to enjoy some of the following activities.
Lead your child to use scientific methods to solve everyday problems, ranging from conflict resolution with a brother or sister, explaining who is leaving toothpaste in the bathroom sink every morning. These five basic steps in the scientific method: one, the state problem. Two, form hypotheses. Three, observation and experiment. Four, to interpret the data, and five, to draw conclusions.
